Due to inquiries received to the General Secretariat regarding the application of some unified contract terms to some service providers in their different activities. The General Secretariat of the CHI emphasizes that the terms of the Unified contract represent the minimum requirements to be adhered to by service providers and insurance companies when they contract with each other. Therefore, the purpose is to preserve the interests of both parties. We would also confirm that the application of the terms shall be in accordance with the competence and activity of the service provider, and If there is any term that does not apply to the service provider depending on the nature of his activity, including (pharmacy, laboratory, optics store,...) It will only apply within the limits of its applicability.
