Subject: Plants and products exempted from import requirements and permitted to be carried with passengers arriving to KSA. الي: جميع شركات الطيران العامله بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران العام. الموضوع: النباتات والمنتجات المعفاه من متطلبات الاستيراد والمسموح نقلها مع الركاب القادمين الي المملكه. Reference: 1. Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Law. 2. Telegram of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture No. 68904/1254/1442 dated 12/03/1442 AH. Instructions: All airlines operating in the airports of KSA, including general aviation must comply with the regulation on plants and products that are exempted from import requirements and permitted to carry with passengers arriving to KSA, through airports in specific quantities and subject to inspection according to the attached list, as of 01/11/2020 AD. : المرجع 1 - الماده 23 من نظام الطيران المدني ٢- برقيه وزاره البييه والموAYه رقم ١٤٤٢/١٢٥٤/٦٨٩٠٤ وتاريخ ٢٠/١٢/٢٥٤. التعليمات: يجب علي شركات الطيران العامله في مطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران العام عمل بموجب التنظيم الخاص بالنباتات والمنتجات المعفاه من متطلبات الاستيراد و المسموح نقلها مع الركاب القادمين الي المملكه عبر المنافذ الجويه بكميات محدده مع اخضاعها للفتيش وفق القايمه المرفقه، وذلك اعتبارا من ١/١/٠١ م. من ١٠/١٠١ م.
