To: Economic Cities Authority (Vice-Secretary General of Ports) To: American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). To: Lloyd's Register of Shipping (Lloyd's). To: Det Norske Veritas of Shipping (DNV-GL). To: Bureau Veritas of Shipping (BV). To: Registro Italiano Navale of Shipping (RINA). To: Nippon Kaiji Kyokai of Shipping (NKK). To: All shipping companies in KSA. To: Whom it may concern. The Public Transport Authority (PTA), as the Maritime Transport Sector of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), within the framework of Implementation and Enforcement of IMO International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships MARPOL 73/78 and its Amendments.
