(الرقم: 2024/12/26) : 2024/12/26 Dear CEO, Dear CCO, Greetings, Reference to the role of the Insurance Authority issued by Council of Ministers' Resolution No. (85) dated 15/08/2023AD; the Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law Issued by Royal Decree No. (M/32) dated 31/07/2003AD; the Cooperative Health Insurance Law Issued by Royal Decree No. (M/10) dated 12/08/1999AD; and regulations and instructions issued by the Authority, In line with the principles of transparency and oversight of the insurance sector we would like to inform you that the authority has designated a channel to receive reports from employees of licensed companies in the sector. This channel is intended for reporting cases of potential violations of the Cooperative Insurance Companies Control System, intermediaries' regulations, the Cooperative Health Insurance System, and other regulations and instructions issued by the authority. These reports will be handled confidentially and companies are required to circulate the email for these purposes followed by the requirements for receiving reports, as outlined below to their current and future employees.
