الموزز Council of Cooperative Health Insurance 535 :Ref./الرقم 21/11/2019 1441/03/24 :Date/التاريخ Circular For All Qualified Companies & Accredited Service Providers With reference to Secretariat Letter No. 2154/3531 dated 18/07/2019G on keeping pace with technological advancement related to health insurance cards via smart phone applications, and allow the qualified health insurance companies to utilize e-health insurance card for all insurance classes, except insurance class (C) as an initial phase. In order to facilitate receiving health care by the insured person, as easy as possible, and to improve the customer satisfaction, citizen's National ID Card or residence card (for resident) when visiting service provider is considered the sole identifier of insured person. noting that the insurance company shall continuously provide beneficiary with information, in hard or soft copy, about benefits' package and the network of health service providers. Therefore, we invite everyone to comply with the following: 1. All accredited service providers shall receive the insured person, after verifying of ID or Residence Card only. 1) This Decision shall enter into force as of 01/01/2020 AD. لحاقا الي خطاب الامانه رقم 3531/2154 وتاريخ 2019/7/18 م بخصوص مواكبه التقدم التقني في مجال بطاقات التامين الصحي من خلال تطبيقات الهواتف الذكيه والسامح لشركات التامين الصحي الموظنه باستخدام بطاقه التامين الصحي الالكترونيه لكافه الفيات التامينيه ما عدا فيه التامين (C) كمرحله . اولي وفي سبيل تسهيل وتعزيز حصول المؤمن له علي الرعايه الصحيه بالسجوله الممكنه و تحسين تجربه رضا العميل فان بطاقه الهويه الوطنيه للمواطن وبطاقه الاقامه للمقيم عند زياره مقدم الخدمه هي المعرف الاساسي الوحيد للمؤمن له مع استمرار التزام شركه الثنين بتزويد المستفيد بمعلومات الكترونيه او ورقيه عن حزمه المنافع وشبكه مقدمي الخدمه الصحيه. لذا نامل من الجميع التقيد بالتالي: 1. علي كافه مقدمي الخدمه الصحيه الصحيحه المعتمدين الالترام باستقبال المؤمن لمهم بعد التحقق من بطاقه الهويه او الاقامه . فقط 2. سيكون البدء بتطبيق هذا القرار بدايه من 1/2020.
