عمان مجلس الضمان الصحي Council of Health Insurance psm مجلس الضمان الصحي Council of Health Insurance 1975 : رفر اصدان 17/10/1443 : الموافق 2022/05/18 تعميم Announcement To all qualified health insurance companies and approved health-service providers Based on the Council Circular No. (965) dated 11/8/1443 AH regarding procedures for dealing with suspected and confirmed infections with coronavirus (Covid-19). The Council would like to assure all qualified health insurance companies and approved health-service providers must to obliged: 1. Compulsory insurance coverage for the PCR test for coronavirus (Covid-19) is for emergency cases that require hypnosis and for hypnotic cases only. 2. The insurance company has the right to request pre-approval for any medical procedure for suspected and confirmed infections with coronavirus (Covid-19), which exceeds the minimum treatment cost to request the approval, according to the Unified Cooperative Health Insurance Policy. 3. Insurance companies can specify a network of health-service providers dedicated to covering suspected and confirmed infection with coronavirus (Covid-19), according to the attached minimum, with the necessity to be corresponded with what is stipulated in Article (102) of the Implementing Regulations of the Health Insurance System, which confirmed that the Insurance Company and the Policy Holder must take into account the circumstances of the beneficiaries by providing a network of service providers conforms to the needs of the beneficiaries and their work locations, in a way that they do not have to obtain the service from a service provider outside the network. This circular is communicate to those who need to be informed and act accordingly, and in the event, of an inquiry, we hope to contact the e-mail info@cchi.gov.sa الي كافه شركات الصحي الصحي الموفيين ومقدمي الخدمات الصحيه المعتمددين احاقا الي تعميم المجلس رقم (965) وتاريخ 1443/8/11 اجراءات التعامل مع حالات الاستباه والاصابه بفايروس كورونا (19-المستجد (كوفيد يود المجلس التاكيد علي كافه شركات التامين الصحي المؤهله ومقدمي الخدمات الصحيه المعتمدين بصوره الالتزام بالتالي: 1. تكون التغطيه التامينيه الازاميه لفحص PCR لغاريوس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد-19) للجالات والوثايق التي تتطبيق تنظيم والحالات المنومه فقط 2. يحق لشركه التامين طلب موافقه مسبقه لاي اجراء طبي لجالات الاشتباه والاصابه بفايروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد-19) والتي تتعدي تكلفه العلاج الحد الادني لطلب الموافقه حسب وثيقه الضمان الصحي التعاوني الموحده. 3. يمكن لشركات التامين تحديد شبكه مقدمي خدمات صحيه مخصصه ل-tغطيه حالات الاشناه وopasبه بفايروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد-19) وذلك حسب الحد الادني المرفق مع ضروره ان تتوافق هذه الشبكه مع ما نصت عليه الماده (102) من اللاتحه التنفيذيه لنظام الضمان الصحي والتي اKDت انه يجب علي شركه التامين وحامل الوثيقه مراعاه ظروف المستفيدين وذلك بتقدم شبكه مقدمي خدمه تتناسب مع احتياجات المستفيدين ومواقع عملهم، بشكل لا يضرون معه للحصول علي الخدمه من قدمر خدمه خارج الشبكه. يبلغ هذا التعميم لمن يلزم للاحاطه والعمل بموجه، وفي حال وجود استفسار نامل التواصل علي البريد الالكتروني Info@cchi.gov.sa © 11.614 المملكه العربيه السعوديه، الرياض Saudi Arabia, Riyadh 11614 94764 P.O.Box 94764 © 920001177 www.cchi.gov.sa
