IA هييه التامين Insurance Authority تعميم 202512/330/ع.م.م 202512/12/6 التراثي: 2025/12/6 Dear CEO, Dear CCO, Greetings, Reference to Circular No. (391000014326) dated 6/2/1439H, supplementary to Circular No. (381000077863) dated 22/7/1438H, concerning the preparation of a manual for implementing the mechanisms to apply United Nations Security Council resolutions related to counter terrorism and its financing; SAMA Circular No. (391000054107) dated 12/5/1439H, concerning the mechanism for implementing United Nations Security Council resolutions related to the prevention of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and its financing; SAMA Circular No. (486/130885) dated 4/9/1440H, supplementary to Circular No. (391000077627) dated 9/7/1439H, regarding the update of the manual for implementing the mechanisms to apply United Nations Security Council resolutions related to the prevention of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and its financing. We would like to inform you that the competent authority has approved the Enhanced Due Diligence Guideline. We hereby inform you that the competent authority has issued a decision approving the Targeted Financial Sanctions Rules to Prevent Terrorist Financing and the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction. Therefore, Companies are required to comply with these Rules, which replace the circulars referenced above.
