البحري بالهييه العامه للنقل، بشان تطبيق قرارات المنظمه البحرييه الدوليه (IMO)
للجنه حمايه البييه البحرييه لتحلبات الاتفاقيه الدوليه لمنع التلوث البحري من السفن
ماريول (٢٨/٢٣) وتعديلاتها والموضحه في الجداول المرفقه ضمن التعميم والتي يمكن
الحصول عليها من خلال الرابط الالكترويي المشار اليه في التعميم.
كما افيDKم ان الهييه العامه للمواني ستقوم بتحقيق القرارات علي جميع السفن
القادمه للمواني.
عليه امل ابلاغ الخطوط الملاحيه والسفن التابعه لواكتكم للامتثال والعمل

The Public Transport Authority (PTA), as the Maritime Transport Sector of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), within the framework of Implementation and Enforcement of IMO International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships MARPOL 73/78 and its Amendments. PTA Re-emphasizes on the necessity to implement and enforce the Resolutions issued by the International Maritime Organization IMO which entered into force in 2017, therefore all concerned entities authorities mentioned above shall strictly abide to implement and enforce the Marine Environment Protection Committee Resolutions set out in the attached tables with dates of entry into force, which have been published in the following link:
