Change underwear daily with clean ones. Dental and oral hygiene care. Clean hair, daily shampooing. Change outer clothing in the changing room attached to the workplace. Trim long nails and take care of their hygiene. Rings, watches and ornaments are not worn in the workplace but must be placed in the changing premises until work is completed.
