Accordingly, all companies shall adhere to the following: First: Working hours during the holy month of Ramadan: The daily working hours for locations dealing with the public during Ramadan will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Second: Eid Al-Fitr holiday: This year's Eid Al-Fitr holiday shall start at the end of the working day of Thursday 25/09/1445AH corresponding to 04/04/2024AD. Operations shall be resume on Sunday 05/10/1445AH corresponding to 14/4/2024AD (according to Umm Al-Qura calendar). Third: Eid Al-Adha holiday: This year's Eid Al-Adha holiday shall start at the end of working day of Thursday 07/12/1445AH corresponding to 13/06/2024AD. Operations shall be resumed on Sunday 17/12/1445AH corresponding to 23/06/2024AD (according to Umm Al-Qura calendar) Fourth: Health insurance services and claims: Insurance companies that provide health insurance services must ensure the continuity of operations in health insurance claims departments throughout both Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha holidays in order to meet the needs of the insureds and beneficiaries of the insurance coverage.
