Subject: Verify that passenger arriving to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have the necessary documents to enter. Reference: 1. Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Act. 2. Article 163 of the Civil Aviation Act. 3. GACA Circular No (5/20930) dated 04/11/2021. 4. GACA Circular No (5/22183) dated 11/11/2021. 5. GACA Circular No (5/27371) dated 07/12/2021. Background: Due to the weak commitment of some airlines to the General Civil Aviation Authority's Circulars of not to transport passengers to the Kingdom until the airlines have confirmed that the passengers have the necessary documents to enter the Kingdom; we stress on the importance of complying with the following instructions: Instructions: 1. Must ensure that arriving non-citizen travelers hold (PCR) test certificates with a negative result taken within (72) hours before travelling to the Kingdom, issued by one of the approved centers in the countries from which they are coming, in accordance with GACA Circular No. (20930/5) dated on 04/11/2021. 2. Must ensure that non-citizen travelers coming to the Kingdom provide proof that they have successfully completed registration at "Arrival Registration" platform before leaving to the Kingdom. 3.
