Saudi FDA | www.sfda.gov.sa الاهم نعت م الحييه العامه للغذاء والمواد Saudi Food & Drug Authority SFD According to Paragraph (Second) of Article (36) of Food Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/1) dated 29/10/2014, which states (SFDA shall implement the penalties stipulated in Paragraphs (1), (2), (3) and (4) of Clause (First/a) of this Article per the classification of violations and penalties approved by the Board. The penalties shall not be enforced unless the approval of the Head or whoever he/she delegates is gained. The regulation of the Law herein shall define the controls and procedures, without prejudice to any precautionary measures that SFDA takes if it deems necessary.
