بهذا انا الموقع ادناه اوافق علي تزويد صندوق التنميه الزراعيه باي معلومات او بيانات يطلبها مني
لتاسيس حسابي لدي الصندوق و / او لمراجعته و / او لادارته وافوض الصندوق بان يحصل علي ما يلزم
او يحتاج اليه من معلومات تخصني او تخص حسابي المذكور او اي حساب اخر يكون لدي
الصندوق، من الشركه السعوديه للمعلومات الايتمانيه (سمه).
كما اوافق علي ان يفصح صندوق التنميه الزراعيه عن المعلومات الخاصه بي وبحسابي المذكور او
اي حساب اخر يكون لدي الصندوق، للشركه السعوديه للمعلومات الايتمانيه (سمه) من خلال
اتفاقيه العضويه المبرمه وقواعد العمل المقره والخاصه بتبادل المعلومات و/ او لاي جهه اخري توافق
عليها مؤسسه النقد العربي السعودي (ساما).
Hereby, I the undersigned agree to provide Agricultural Development Fund with
any information that it requires for the establishing and or auditing and or
administering my accounts and facilities therewith and I authorize it to obtain
and collect any information as it deems necessary or in need for regarding me,
my accounts and facilities therewith, from the Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH) and
to disclose and share (Inclusive of Data Pooling) that information to the said
company SIMAH in accordance with the Membership Agreement and Code of
Conduct approved or to any other agency approved by Saudi Arabian Monetary
Agency (SAMA).
