العربيه Council of Cooperative Health Insurance 1400 :Ref. /الرقم 29/03/2020 :Date/التاريخ Circular For all qualified companies and accredited health care providers Reference to the circular issued by the Council No. (1335) dating 15/03/2020 G in which all qualified insurance companies and accredited health care providers in the private sector are requested to take all health measures related to the screening, diagnosis, treatment and isolation of all cases suspected to be infected with Coronavirus (COVID-19) of citizens or residents who have health insurance. Accordingly, the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance emphasizes to qualified health insurance companies that suspected cases of the new Coronavirus (COVID-19) which fall under the following: 1- Cases that had been in contact with confirmed cases infected with the new Coronavirus (COVID-19). 2- Cases arriving from abroad of Saudi Arabia and suspected of being infected with new Coronavirus (COVID-19). are considered of urgent health care levels by the Ministry of Health and can thus be provided to the insured outside the network of accredited service providers in the Kingdom. Therefore, accredited service providers are required in the event of suspecting the insured to be infected with the new Coronavirus (COVID-19) from these determined cases to provide the health service directly without the need to refer back to the insurance company, provided that the company is notified within 24 hours of receiving the case. The Council of Cooperative Health Insurance also requires all qualified health insurance companies and accredited service providers to adhere to the abovementioned and provide health care to the insured in accordance with the highest health and safety standards in dealing with these cases. تعميم لكافه الشركات المؤهله و مقدمي خدمات الرعايه الصحيه المعتمدين اشاره الي التعميم الصادر من المجلس رقم (1335) و تاريخ 02/03/2015 والمتضمن التاكيد علي كافه شركات التامين المؤهله ومقدمي الخدمه المعتمدين في القطاع الخاص بضروره اتحاد كافه الاجراءات الصحيه المتعلقه بالفrzو والتشخيص والعلاج والغزل لجميع الحالات (COVID-19) المستبته باصاتها بفيروس كورونا من المواطنين والمقيمين الذين لديهم تامين صحي. عليه فان الامانه العامه لمجلس المضمان الصحي التعاوني تؤكد علي شركات التامين الصحي المؤهله بان حالات الاشتباه بفيروس كورونا الجديد (COVID-19) والتدريج تحت الحالات التاليه: - الحالات المخالطه ل丧لات تاكدت اصابتها (COVID-19) بفيروس كورونا الجديد - الحالات القادمه من خارج المملكه والمشتبه (COVID-19) اصابتها بفيروس كورونا الجديد تعتبر من مستويات الرعايه الطبيه العاجله والمحدده من وزاره الصحه والتي يمكن للمؤمن له الحصول عليها خارج شبكه مقدمي الخدمه المعتمده داخل المملكه. لذا يتعين علي مقدمي الخدمه المعتمدين في حال وجود حاله اشtbاء لمؤمن له بفيروس كورونا الجديد (COVID-19) وفق الحالات المحدده بتقدمب الخدمه مباشره ودون الحاجه للرجوع الي شركه التامين علي ان يتم ابلاغ الشركه خلال 24 ساعه من وقت استقبال الحاله. كما تؤكد الامانه العامه للمجلس علي جمع شركات التامين الصحي المؤهله ومقدمي الخدمه المعتمدين الالتزام بما ورد اعلاه وتوفر الرعايه الصحيه للمؤمن له بما يتوافق مع اعلي معابير الصحه والسلامه في التعامل مع تلك الحالات.
