Subject: Allowing Passengers holding the unified visa between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Qatar to enter the Kingdom during the World Cup 2022 (Appendix). Reference: Article no. (23) Of the Civil Aviation Act. الموضوع: السحاح لحاملي تاشيره دخول موحده بين المملكه العربيه السعوديه ودوله قطر بالدخول الي المملكه اثناء كاس العالم (احاقي). المرجع: الماده رقم (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني. التعليمات: Instructions: All airlines must carry all passengers holding the fan card (Hayya) to the Kingdom according to the following instructions: السام لشركات الطيران بنقل جميع المسافرين حاملي بطاقه المضجع (هنا) الي المملكه وفقا للابيي: 1. Passengers shall obtain electronic visa through the unified national visa platform. حصول المسافرين علي تاشيره الكترونيه من خلال المنصه الوطنيه الموحده لتاشيرات. 2. The allowed entry to the Kingdom and the stay period is (60) days. which is (10) days before the tournament, (27) days during the tournament, and followed by (23) days after the end of the tournament period. تكون الفتره المسموح بها بالدخول والبقاء في المملكه (٢٠) يوما، بحيث (10) (ايام تسيق البطوله وخلال مده البطوله البالغه (٢٧) يوما، وبيها (23) يوما بعد انتهاء البطوله. 3. The Visa is (multi-entry) that can be used more than once, and pre-entry the State of Qatar is not required. يمكن استخدام التاشيره اكثر من مره في الدخول والخروج (تاشيره 4. Passengers shall obtain medical insurance covering the visa period of (60) days. دخول متعدده، ولا يشترط دخول دوله قطر مسبقا. ٢. حصول المسافرين علي تامين طبي يقطي مده التاشيره البالغه (٢٠) يوما. 5. Airlines must connect and send all passenger data (APP/PNR/DCS/APIS) of all flights without exception to the Passenger Security System at the National Travelers Security Center. (APP/ PNR / DCS / APIS) الاستقرار بالربط وارسال كافه بيانات المسافرين لجميع الرحلات دون استثناء الي نظام امن المسافرين بالمركز الوطني لامن المسافرين. 6. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders. Legal procedures will be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاونم التي تصدرها الهييه بعد مخالفه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وسبيم اتحاد الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المحاف وحتميه المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.
