الاستعمال Council of Cooperative Health Insurance 1411 :Ref./الرقم 2020/04/13 :Date/الترج تعليم الموضوع: انشاء منصه الكترونيه وتطبيق الشروحات التامين وشركات اداره المطالبات ومستشفيات القطاع الخاص وفق مراحل الساده/شركات التامين وشركات اداره المطالبات المؤهله ومستشفيات القطاع الخاصه المعتمدين من المجلس السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته اشاره للدور المحوري لشركات التامين وشركات اداره المطالبات المؤهله ومستشفيات القطاع الخاصه المعتمدين من المجلس ثانيا: اطلاق تطبيق الكتروني للهواتف الذكيه بالغه العربيه والانجليزيه في متجر ابل Store Google Play Store خدمه (يقين) عند التسجيل لاول مره. ثالثا: توفير الخدمات التاليه (بحد ادني) من خلال تطبيق الجوال الالكتروني: <table><tr><td>مستشفيات القطاع الخاص</td><td>شركات التامين وشركات اداره المطالبات</td></tr><tr><td>المواقفات الطبيه، حجز المواعيد، التقارير الطبيه، الملف الطبي، النصايج الطبيه، التحاليل، الاشعه، التطعيمات واللقاحات الطبيه، (وغيرها من الخدمات).</td><td>شبكه مقدمي الخدمه المعتمده، حدود للوثيقه، معرفه الرصيد المستشف والمنبتقي من حدود التغطيه للمنفعه، التحديدات والاستثناءات، تقديم الشكاوي، المواقفات الطبيه، النصايج الطبيه، (وغيرها من الخدمات).</td></tr></table> رابعا: يعد توفير المنصه الکترونيه و تطبيق الجوال الالكتروني متطلب لتاهيل شركات التامين وشركات اداره المطالبات واعتماد مستشفيات القطاع الخاص، ويتم التطبيق والمتابعه وفقا للمراحل التاليه: <table><tr><td>تاريخ الاطاقه التطبيق</td><td>المنشاه</td><td>م</td></tr><tr><td rowspan="3">2020/08/1</td><td>شركات التامين</td><td>1</td></tr><tr><td>شركات اداره المطالبات</td><td>2</td></tr><tr><td>مستشفيات القطاع الخاص التي لديها 101 سير فاكثر</td><td>3</td></tr><tr><td>2021/01/1</td><td>مستشفيات القطاع الخاص التي لديها 100 سير فاقل</td><td>4</td></tr></table> السلام عليهم Council of Cooperative Health Insurance 1411 :Ref./مرتق 2020/04/13 :Date/الترج Circular Subject: Establishing an electronic platform and mobile application for insurance companies, claims management companies and private sector hospitals according to stages To: Qualified Insurance Companies, Claims Management Companies and Private Hospitals Accredited by the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance Reference to the pivotal role of the qualified insurance companies, claims management companies and private hospitals accredited by the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) in enhancing service quality and accessibility to CCHI beneficiaries, and in line with the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030 in supporting the digital transformation of electronic transactions and services; the CCHI requests all qualified insurance companies, claims management companies and accredited private hospitals to adopt the following: First: Launch online platforms (websites). Second: Launch mobile applications in Arabic and English on Apple Store and Google Play Store; to allow the insured direct access to online services, linking the apps with (Yakeen) service upon first-time registration. Third: Provide the following services, at a minimum, via the mobile applications: <table><tr><td>Insurance Companies and Claims Management Companies</td><td>Private Hospitals</td></tr><tr><td>Preferred provider network (PPN), insurance coverage limits, used and remaining insurance coverage balance, limitations and exclusions, complaints, medical approvals, medical advice, (and other services).</td><td>Medical approvals, appointments, medical reports, medical files, medical advice, tests and medical investigations, radiology, vaccinations, (and other services).</td></tr></table> Fourth: Launching the online platform and mobile application is a requirement for the qualification of insurance companies and claims management companies and the accreditation of private hospitals.
