Subject: Accepting the Premium Residency digital card in (Tawakkalna) application or (Absher) platform without the need to show the actual card. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. 2. Circular of the Ministry of Interior No. (201503) Dated 09/02/2023. 3. GACA Circular No. (46834/5) Dated 04/04/2022. Instructions: 1. All airlines must accept the digital card in (Tawakkalna) application or (Absher) platform for passengers holders of the Premium Residency at the check-in counters from/to the Kingdom without the need to show the actual card of the Premium Residency. 2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of the Government's orders; Legal procedures shall be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible.
