To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation.
الي: جميع شركات الطيران العامله بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما
يشمل الطيران الخاص.
Subject: Allowing entry of passengers holding tourist visa to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
الموضوع: السماح بدخول المسافرين حاملي التاشيرات السياحيه الي
المملكه العربيه السعوديه.

التعليمات:
1. Airlines are allowed to transport passengers holding tourist visa to the Kingdom. Airlines must ensure that passengers have completed the required doses of one of the (Covid-19) vaccines approved by Saudi's MOH, and have successfully registered on the "Arrival Registration" Platform, as mentioned in the GACA circular No. (73943/4) dated on 13/06/2021.
2. This Circular will be effective from Sunday 1 \( ^{st} \) August 2021.
3. Failure to comply with Circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government Orders, and legal action will be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible for the violation.
