الموزز Council of Cooperative Health Insurance 701 :Ref. /الرقم 15/12/2019 1441/04/18 :Date/تاريخ Circular For all Accreditation Services Providers With reference to paragraph (1) of Articles (18), (94) and (103) of cooperative health insurance law's executive regulation, and observations made during field visits to insurance parties as well as complaints received by the Council stating that some Service Providers obliged insured parties to pay therapeutic services' costs in cash pending Insurance Company approval; Therefore, Council's General Secretariat confirms that such procedure violates cooperative health insurance law's executive regulation, and Service Providers shall provide health care to insured parties in accordance with cooperative health insurance law's executive regulation as well as circulars and resolutions issued thereby. Taking into consideration that compliance with this circular shall be monitored and proper actions shall be taken in the event of noncompliance therewith. تعميم لكافه مقدمي الخدمه المعتمدين (94) اشاره الي الفقره (1) من الماده (18) والماده (103) من اللاتحه التنفيذيه لنظام الضمان والصحي التعاوني، وما لوحظ من خلال الزيارات الميدانيه لاطراف العلاقه التامنيه وكذلك الشكاوي الوارده للمجلس بقيام بعض مقدمي الخدمه بالزام المؤمن لم بدفع تكاليف الخدمات العلاجيه نقد لحين ورود مو افقه شركه التامن. عليه فان الامانه العامه للمجلس تؤكد علي ان هذا الاجراء مخالف للاتحه التنفيذيه لنظام الضمان الصحي التعاوني، وعلي مقدمي الخدمه الالتزام بتقدمي الرعايه الصحيه للمؤمن لمحسب اللاتحه التنفيذيه لنظام الضمان الصحي التعاوني والتعليم والقرارات الصادره منه. علما بانه سوف يتم متابعه الالزام بالتعميم وسوف يتم اتخاذ الاجراءات المناسبه حيال عدم التقيد بذلك.
