Subject: Ensuring the validity of the Visa for travelers coming to the Kingdom. الي: جميع شركات الطيران العامله بمطرات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران الخاص. الموضوع: التاكد من صحه التاشيره للمسافرين القادمين الي المملكه. Reference: 1. Article no. (23) of the civil aviation act. : المرجع: 1. الماده رقم (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني. Instructions: التعليمات: 1. All airlines must ensure the validity of the Visa for passengers coming to the Kingdom, through the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs via the link (https://visa.mofa.gov.sa). 2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders; Legal procedures shall be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible. يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران التاكد من صحه وفعاليه التاشيره للمسافرين القادمين الي المملكه عن طريق موقع وزاره الخارجيه عبر رابط موقع الوازره: .(https://visa.mofa.gov.sa) 2. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهينه بعد مخالفه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وسبتم اتخاذ الاجراعات النظاميه بحق المخالف وتحميله المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.
