1. CONDITIONS:

2. PURPOSE:
2.1 To reduce the possibility that personnel will become infected.
2.2 To prevent transient colonization of personnel with microorganisms that can be transmitted to other.
3. DEFINITIONS:
3.1 To maintain a healthy safe atmosphere & control illness spreading.

5. POLICY:
5.1 It is the University of Jeddah Medical Center policy to maintain healthy atmosphere and contact precaution illness spreading. Gloves must be worn when appropriate in accordance with universal precautions.
6. PROCEDURES:
6.1 Put on vinyl/latex gloves.
6.2 To remove gloves, turn the glove inside out as you pull.
6.3 Wash hands after removing gloves.
