Subject: Transferring Seasonal Labor through Airlines. Reference: 1. Minister of Interior, Chairman of the Higher Hajj Committee Telegram No. 188437 dated 11/08/1439AH. 2. Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince of Makkah Region, Chairman of the Central Hajj Committee Telegram No. 650739 dated 29/05/1437AH. Background: Organizing the procedures of seasonal labors entry. Instructions: 1. All airlines must adhere to the transfer of seasonal labor to one of the following airports only: King Abdul Aziz International Airport in Jeddah, Prince Mohammed Bin Abdul Aziz International Airport in Madinah, Prince Abdul Mohsen Bin Abdul Aziz Airport in Yanbu and Taif Airport. Seasonal labor arriving through other airports will not be permitted. 2. Holders of seasonal work visas are not permitted to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia before the first day of Shawwal, the last day of their entry is the end of the month of Dhu Al-Qa'dah, and the duration of the stay should not exceed the end of the month of Muharram.
