Reference:
1. Article NO. (23) and NO. (135) of the Civil Aviation Law.
2. The Convention for the Unification of Certain International Carriage by Air, known as Montreal, 1999.
3. Clause (6) Guidelines of handling air cargo complaints.

1. الماده رقم (٢٣) ورقم (١٣٥) من نظام الطيران المدني.
2. اتفاقيه توحيد بعض قواعد النقل الجوي الدولي
المعروفه بمونتريال 1999 م.
3. البند (٦) من تعليمات معالجه شكاوي الشحن الجوي
Instructions:
التعليمات:
- All Air Cargo companies and their agencies must comply with the guidelines and conditions of air cargo complaints submission in accordance with the guidelines attached.
- This circular is effective from the date of publication.
- Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government orders; legal procedures will be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible.
يجب علي جميع شركات ووكالات الشحن الجوي
اللاتزام بضوابط وشرط تقدم بشكاوي الشحن
الجوي المرفقه بهذا التعميم.
يسري العمل بهذا التعميم من تاريخه.
ان عدم الالتزام بالتعليم والتعليمات التي تصدرها
الهييه بعد مخالفه صرحه للاوامر الحكوميه
وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف
و tightيمله المسؤوليه المتربه علي ذلك.
