Subject: Providing the General Authority of Civil Aviation with audited financial statements, financial data and detailed quality data. Instructions: 1. Provide GACA with the audited annual financial statements, the auditor's report, and the Board of Directors' report within (6) months from the end of each fiscal year. 2. Provide GACA with the entity's financial data and detailed quality data in accordance with the approved accompanying templates (template A) within (30) days from the end of each fiscal year. 3. Provide GACA with attached operational data (template B) for each month within a maximum of (15) working days from the end of each month. 4. Provide GACA with any data related to items (1),(2) and (3) for previous years (2015 to 2023) that has not been previously submitted to GACA, no later than Tuesday, December 31, 2024. 5. The data referenced above must be reviewed and verified for completeness and accuracy by the relevant personnel and submitted to GACA within the specified deadlines in Excel format, following approval by the Chief Executive Officer or an authorized delegate. 6. Appoint a liaison officer within the entity to be responsible for overseeing the provision of the required economic data, including coordinating internally to ensure timely data submission, review, and approval, addressing any inquiries from GACA, and facilitating necessary meetings with relevant personnel. The contact details of the designated liaison officer shall be provided to GACA within ten (10) working days from the date of this notice. 7. The requested data should be sent by the designated liaison officer to the official email of the General Economic Oversight Department (eod@gaca.gov.sa) with a copy to the General Department of Business Intelligence and Analytics (bi@gaca.gov.sa). الي: جميع شركات الطيران العامله بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه. الموضوع: تزويد الهييه العامه للطيران المدني بالقوايم الماليه المقدقه والبيانات الماليه وبيانات الجوده التفصيليه. التعليمات: تزويد الهييه بالقوايم الماليه السنويه المقدقه وتقرير مراجع الحسابات وتقرير مجلس الاداره خلال سته اشهر من نهايه كل سنه ماليه تزويد الهييه بالبيانات الماليه وبيانات الجوده التفصيليه للمنشاه وفقا للمناخج المعتمده المرافقه خلال (٢٠) يوم من نهايه كل سنه ماليه (A). حسب النموذج المرفق تزويد الهييه بالبيانات التشغيليه لكل شهر خلال (١٥) يوم عمل من نهايه كل شهر ميلادت التصفييه (٣) للاعوام السابقه (من عام ٢٠٢٣) و محق عام ٢٠٢٣ (١) و لم يسبق تسليمها للهينه، في موعد اقصاه نهايه عمل يوم الثالثاء الموافق ٢٠٢٣/١. يجب مراجعه البيانات المشار اليها اعلاه والتاكد من اكتمالها ودفتها من قبل الاشخاص المعنيين وتزويد الهينه بها خلال المواعيد المحدده بصيغه (Excel) و ذلك بعد اعتمادها من قبل الرييس التنفيذي او من ينوب عنه. تعيين ضابط اتصال داخل المنساه بشان البيانات الاقتصاديه المشار اليها، بحيث يكون مسؤولا عن التنسيق داخليا والتدكد من توفير البيانات ومراجعتها واعتمادها خلال الوقت المحدد، والرد علي استفسارات الهييه وتقديم الايضاحات بها الشان والTNSيقي في حال الحاجه لعقد اجتماعات مع الاشخاص المعنيين. وتزويد الهييه ببيانات ضابط الاتصال خلال (١٠) ايام عمل من تاريخه. يتم ارسال البيانات المطلوبه من قبل ضابط الاتصال الي البريد (ed@gaca.gov.sa) الالكتروني للاداره العامه للرقابه الاقتصاديه مع نسخه الي البريد الالكتروني للاداره العامه لديك الاعمال (bi@gaca.gov.sa) والتحليلات المرفقات: ملفات البيانات المطلوبه رييس الهييه العامه للطيران المدني President of The General Authority of Civil Aviation عبد العزيز بن عبد الله деليح Abdulaziz A.
