Subject: Travel restrictions for passengers coming to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Reference: 1. Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Act. 2. GACA circular No. (4/10478) dated on 01-10-2020. Instructions: 1. Temporarily suspending entry into the Kingdom for passengers coming from (Argentina, United Arab Emirates, Germany, United States of America, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Pakistan, Brazil, Portugal, United Kingdom, Turkey, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Lebanon, Egypt, India, Japan) and it includes those coming from other countries if they have passed through any of aforementioned countries during (14) days preceding the request to enter to the Kingdom. This does not apply to Saudi citizens, diplomats, health practitioners and their families. 2. Saudi Citizens, diplomats, health practitioners and their families coming from the aforementioned countries or who passed through them in any of those countries within (14) days prior to their return to the Kingdom shall be quarantined in their homes for a period of (14) days in the Kingdom. 3. Preventive health procedures against the spread of Covid-19 are applied with regard to providing a negative result of (PCR) test before traveling to KSA in accordance with GACA circular No. (4/10478) dated on 01-10-2020. 4. This circular shall be effective as of 21:00 on Wednesday 3 \( ^{rd} \) February 2021. Attachment(s): Nil الي: جميع الناقلات العامله بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران العام. الموضوع: قيود السفر علي المسافرين القادمين الي المملكه العربيه السعوديه. :المرجع . الماده (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني. تعميم الهييه العامه للطيران المدني (١٠٤٧٨/٤) وتاريخ ٢٠١٤٢/٠٢/١٤ :التعليمات تعليق سماح بدخول المملكه مؤقتا للمسافرين القادمين من (جمهوريه الارجنتيين، دوله الامارات العربيه المتحده، جمهوريه المانيا الاتحاديه، الاملودات المح Hsيه، جمهوريه اندونيسيا، ايرلندا، الجمهوريه الابطانيه، جمهوريه باكستان الاسلاميه، جمهوريه البرازيل الاتحاديه، الجمهوريه البرتغاليه، المملكه المتحده، جمهوريه تركيا، جمهوريه جنوب افريقيا، workplace السويد، الاتحاد السويسري، جمهوريه فرنسا، الجمهوريه اللبنانيه، جمهوريه مصر العربيه، جمهوريه الهند، الهابان) ويشمل ذلك القادمين من دول اخري اذا كانوا قد مروا اي من تلك الدول خلال (14) يوما السابقه لطلب الدخول الي المملكه. لا يشمل ذلك المواطنين والدبلوماسيين والممارسين والعشيين وعايلتهم. تم تطبيق اجراءات الحجر المنزلي لمده (14) يوم في المملكه علي المواطنين والدبلوماسيين والممارسين العشيين وعايلتهم القادمين من الدول المشار اليها او الذين مروا منهم باي من تلك الدول خلال (14) يوما السابقه لعددتهم الي المملكه. يتم تطبيق الاجراءات الصحيه الوقاييه من فيروس كورونا فيما يخص تقدميم وثيقه خلوا الاصابه (PCR) قبل السفر الي المملكه وفقا لتعليم الهينه رقم (104V/4) وتاريخ يبدا العمل بهذا التعميم اعتبارا من الساعه (9) من مساء يوم الاربعاء ٢٠٢١-٢٠٢ المرفقات: لابجود
