Appending to GACA Circular No. (1439/1890/4) Dated 11/07/2018
To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation.
Subject: Scheduled dates for carrying Umrah passengers to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the year 1445.
Reference:
1. Article No. (23) Of the Civil Aviation Law.
2. Gaca Circular No. (4/1890/1349) Dated 11/07/2018.
3. Rules of the services for Umrah performers and visitors to the Prophet's Mosque coming to the Kingdom for the year 1445 document.
Instructions:
All airlines carrying Umrah passengers to the Kingdom on scheduled or charter flights must comply with the following:
1. The beginning of entry for Umrah visas holders is 1 \( ^{st} \) of Muharram for the year 1445H.
2. The end of entry for Umrah visa holders is 15 \( ^{th} \) of Dhul-Qa'dah for the year 1445H.
3. The end of the exit of Umrah visa holders is 29 \( ^{th} \) of Dhul-Qa'dah for the year 1445H.
4. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders, Legal procedures shall be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible.

وثيقه ضوابط خدمات المعتمرين ووزار المسجد النبوي الشريف
القادمين من خارج المملكه لعام ١٥٤.
التعليمات:
علي شركات الطيران الناقله للمعتمرين الي المملكه علي رحلاتها
المنتظمه او العارضه الالتزام بما يلي:
١. بدايه دخول حاملي تاشيرات العمره (1) محرم لعام ١٤٥٤٥٤.
٢. نهايه دخول حاملي تاشيرات العمره (10) ذو القعده لعام ١٤٤٥٥.
٣. نهايه خروج حاملي تاشيرات العمره (29) ذو القعده لعام ١٤٤٥.
٤. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها هذه الهييه يعد مخالفه
صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه
بحق المخالف وتحميله المسؤوله المترتبه علي ذلك.
