Subject: To comply not to accept any passenger's baggage that exceeds the capacity of the aircraft storage designated for checked baggage. Reference: 1. Article no. (23) of the Civil Aviation act. Background: Due to what has been observed that some airlines accept passengers' baggage that exceeds the capacity of the aircraft's storage designated for checked baggage, which results to delayed the baggage arrival. Instructions: 1. All airlines must not accept any passenger's baggage that exceeds the capacity of the aircraft storage designated for checked baggage, and that the approved weights be clearly indicated when selling tickets. 2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders, Legal procedures shall be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible.
