<table><tr><td>Circular</td><td>تعميم</td></tr><tr><td>To:ALL Ports General DirectorsALL Maritime Shipping AgentsALL Ports OperatorsCc:Saudi Customs</td><td>جميع مديري عموم الموانيجميع الوكلاه البحرينجميع الشركاتenneه العامله بلاوننينسخه اليالهينه العامه للجمارك</td></tr><tr><td>Subject:Regarding facilitating the procedures of departure of ships and allowing the departure of ships upon completion of their work without the need for the approval of customs.</td><td>الموضوع:تسهيل اجراءات مفادره السفن والسماح بمفادره السفنفور الانتها من اعمالها دون الحاجه لاخذ موافقه الجمارك.</td></tr><tr><td>Reference made to our circular No. 1/60/7036 dated 17/3/1441 AH on the initiative to facilitate and expedite the procedures of ships from their arrival until their departure, and the coordination with the other relevant authorities, e.g. Saudi customs, it has been agreed to activate the initiative of allowing the departure of ships upon completion of their work without the need for the approval of customs, and you are kindly obliged the following:1- Cancellation of customs approval of the departure permit.2- Emphasize the shipping companies not to lift the customs closures that installed by customs on the supply warehouse.</td><td>/3/17370/60/1441. هذا، من بمادره تسهيل وتسريع اجراءات السفن من مد وصولها حتي مغادرتها بالتعاون والتنسيق المشرك والعمل التكامي بين الاجهزه الامنيه والحكوميه ومن ضمنها (الهينه العامه للجمارك), فقد تم الاتفاق علي السماح بمغادره السفن فور الانتها من اعمالها دون الحاجه لاخذ موافقه الجمارك علي اذن مغادره السفن (تصريح السفر). وبناء علي ما تم الاتفاق عليه تنفعيل المبادره وتحسين الاجراءات والسياست، عليكم الالتزام بالتطبيق وفق الاجراءات التاليه: 1 - الغاء موافقه الجمارك علي اذن المغادره. 2 - التاكيد علي شركات الملاحظه بعدم فك الافغال الجمركيه التي تم تركيبها من قبل الجمارك علي مستودع التموين.</td></tr></table>

3- Emphasize the handling companies to meet all requirements for the departure of ships.
4- The General Authority of Customs shall have the right to board the ship at any time to ensure the safety of the customs seals. In case of violation, the fines provided for in the Customs Law shall apply.
5- In exceptional cases requiring the suspension of a ship due to a breach or incomplete customs procedure, the Customs shall notify the ports not to allow the departure of the ship until the customs consent.
For your concern and to act accordingly.
3- التاكيد علي شركات المناوله باستيفاء جميع متطلبات مغادره السفن.
4- يحق للهينه العامه للمجابك الصعود للسفينه في وقت للتاكد من سلامه الاختام الجمركيه، وي حال المخالفه يطلق عليها الفرامات المنصوص عليها في نظام الجمارك.
5- في الحالات الاستثناييه التي تطلاب ايقاف السفينه بسبب مخالفه اجراء جمركي او عدم اكتماله، تقوم الجمارك اشعار الموايي بعدم مفادره السفينه لحين موافقه الجمارك علي ذلك.
للاطلاع واتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمه كلا فيها يخصصه.
