To: All commercial airlines and private Aviation operating at King Abdulaziz International Airport.
Subject : Transferring the administrative dependency of King Abdulaziz International Airport to Jeddah Airports Company LLC.
الي: جميع شركات الطيران التجاري والخاص العامله بمطار الملك عبد العزيز الدولي.
الموضوع: نقل التبعيه الاداريه لمطار الملك عبد العزيز الدولي الي
شركه مطارات جده.

Background:
In implementation of Royal Decree No. (17049) dated 04/11/1438 AH, stipulating the establishment of airport companies, GACA Board approved the establishment of the Jeddah Airports Company in preparation for transferring the administrative affiliation of King Abdulaziz International Airport from GACA to Jeddah Airports Company LLC.

تنفيذا للامر السامي الكريم رقم (١٧٠٩) وتاريخ ١٨٣/٠٠٤/١. القاضي
باضافه شركات للمطارات، فقد قام مجلس اداره الهييه العامه للطيران
المدني بالموافقه علي تاسيس شركه مطارات جده تمهيدا لنقل
التبعيه الاداريه لمطار الملك عبدالعزيز الدولي من الهييه العامه
للطيران المدني الي شركه مطارات جده.
Instructions:
1. Airlines companies must be obligated to pay the regulatory charges approved by GACA as of 01/01/2022 AD under the name of Jeddah Airports Company.
2. The invoice number and date issued by Jeddah Airports Company must be indicated when processing financial payments.
3. This circular cancels all previous provisions or circulars that contradict with this circular.

1. يجب علي شركات الطيران الالتزام بسداد الاجور التنظيميه المعتمده من قبل الهييه العامه للطيران المدني اعتبارا من تاريخ ٢٠١٢/٠١/٠١
٢. يستWOح الاشراكه الي رقم الفاتوره واتيجهها الصادره من قبل شركه مطارات جده عند اجراء الدفعات الماليه.
3. يلغي هذا التعميم كل ما يتعارض معه من احكام او تعاميم سابقه.
