الموزونات Council of Cooperative Health Insurance :Ref./الرقم ٢١/١٢/٢٠١٩ ١٤١/٥٠٥ : Date/التاريخ Circular Dear Qualified Insurers and Approved Service Providers, Greetings, With reference to the letter of HE the Minister of Commerce and Investment, the chairman of the board of directors of the National Competitiveness Center (Tayseer), No. 10201 dated 23/03/1441 H where the reference was made to the Royal Order No. 13563 dated 28/2/1441 H and the first Article of which asserts to all concerned governmental entities not to require the official seal from the private sector's establishments and have the Commercial and Industrial Chamber's attestation as sufficient deed, unless otherwise required by a regulatory document. Therefore, and to adhere to the Royal Order, the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) asserts that it is no longer required to authenticate the forms provided to CCHI with the official seal of the entity and it is enough to provide the attestation of the Commercial and Industrial Chamber. Kindly be informed and act accordingly as of the date hereof.
