Subject: Not to board any passenger who does not hold a valid MRTD passport. Reference: 1. Article no. (23) of the civil aviation act. 2. Article no. (138) of the civil aviation act. Background: It has been observed that some airlines are accepting boarding of passengers coming to the Kingdom with expired passports and its validity has been manually extended. الي: جميع شركات الطيران العامله بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران الخاصه. الموضوع: عدم قبول تصعيد اي مسافر لا يحمل جواز سفر مقروء اليا المرجع: 1. الماده رقم (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني. 2. الماده رقم (١٣٨) من نظام الطيران المدني. نيده: نظرا لما لوحظ من بعض شركات الطيران تصعيد ركاب قادمين الي المملكه وجوازات سفر هم منتهيه وتم تمديد صلاحيتها بدويا. Instructions: التعليمات: 1. All airlines must not board any passenger coming to the Kingdom without a MRTD passports, or with passports whose validity has been manually extended. يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران عدم قبول تصعيد المسافرين الذين لا يحملون جوازات سفر مقروعه الباء، او اي جوازات تم تمديد فتره صلاحيتها يدوي للقدامين الي المملكه. 2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders and Legal procedures shall be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهينه بعد مخالفه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وسبتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف وتحميله المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.
