الموضوع: تحديث الملحق الرابع من تعميم (156) .
Subject: Updating Annex Four of Circular No (156)

Greetings,

In accordance with the Insurance Authority' roles in supervising the insurance sector in the kingdom, and in reference to the objectives of the Insurance Authority outlined in its Foundation Law issued by the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (85) dated 28/01/14454, and referring to Circular No. (156) dated 27/6/1439H which laid down the Motor Insurance- Pricing & Underwriting instructions, and appendix No (4) in the same circular.

We inform you of the update to Annex No. (4) of the circular mentioned above by the removal of gender as one of the pricing factors for Motor insurance. Companies are required not to discriminate between clients based on gender.

This circular comes into effect as of the date of 03/03/2024.

السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته.

اتساقا مع ادوار هييه التامين الرقابيه والاشرافيه علي قطاع التامين وانطلاقا من اهداف الهييه الوارده بتنظيمها الصادر بقرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (85) وتاريخ 1445/01/28ه، و اشاره الي التعميم رقم (156) وتاريخ 1439/6/27ه المتضمن تعليمات التسعير والاكتياب والملحق رقم (4) في ذات التعميم.

نفيدكم بتحديث الملحق رقم (4) من التعميم المشار اليه اعلاه من خلال ازاله عامل الجنس من ضمن عوامل التسعير لتامين المركبات، كما يتعين علي الشركات عدم التمييز بين عملايها بناء علي الجنس.

يسري هذا التعميم اعتبارا من تاريخ 03\03\2024م.
