Subject: Assuring the importance of verifying that all passengers coming to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia hold valid, effective entry visas before issuing boarding passes. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of Civil Aviation Law. 2. GACA Circular No. (39045/5) dated 23/04/2023. Instructions: 1. All airlines must verify the validity of the visa for passengers coming to the Kingdom through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website via the link (https://visa.mofa.gov.sa) or the QR code displayed on the visa before issuing the boarding pass. Ensure it is not limited to just checking the printed copy. 2. All airlines operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation, shall comply with circulars, orders, and instructions issued by GACA.
