تعميم الموضوع: اوقات عمل شهر رمضان المبارك واجازه عيدي الفطر والاضعي المباركين لعام ١٤٤٣ ه Subject: Working Hours in Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha Holidays for the Year 1443 H. الرقم: ت.ع.م 202203/244 التاريخ: ٢٠٢٢/٣/١٧ Dear CEO, Dear CCO, المحترم المحترم سعاده الرييس التنفيذي مسول الال有效期 Greetings, Based on Article (32) of the Implementing Regulation of the Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law regarding the Central Bank's authority to determine the working hours of insurance companies, reinsurance companies and insurance support service providers, please note that all companies working in the insurance sector must comply with the following: السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته. استنادا الي الماده الثانيه والثلاثون من اللايحه التنفيذيه لنظام مراقبه شركات التامين التعاوني في شان تحديد البنك المركزي لساعات عمل شركات التامين وشركات اعاده التامين وشركات مزاولي الخدمات المسانده للتامين، نفيدكم بان علي الشركات العامله في قطاع التامين الالتزام بما يلي: First: Working hours in during the holy month of Ramadan: The daily working hours for public dealing during Ramadan this year shall be six working hours per day, starting from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Second: Eid al-Fitr holiday: This year's Eid Al-Fitr holiday shall start at the end of the working day of Thursday 27/9/1443H corresponding to 28/04/2022. Operations shall be resumed on Sunday 7/10/1443H (according to Um al-Qura calendar) corresponding to 08/05/2022. Third: Eid al-Adha holiday: This year's Eid al-Adha holiday shall start at the end of the working day of Wednesday 7/12/1443H corresponding to 06/07/2022. Operations shall be resumed on Wednesday 14/12/1443H (according to the Um al-Qura calendar) corresponding to 13/07/2022. اولا: اوقات العمل في شهر رمضان المبارك: تكون اوقات العمل اليوميه في شهر رمضان المبارك لمهارك لهذا العام بشان التعامل مع الجمهور من الساعه العاشره صباحا وحتي الساعه الرابعه عصرا بواقع ست ساعات عمل في اليوم. ثانيا: اجازه عيد الفطر المبارك: تبدا اجازه عيد الفطر المبارك لهذا العام بهايه عمل يوم الخميس ٢٢/٢٤/٢٨ م, وستانف شركات التامين وشركات اعاده التامين وشركات مزاولي الخدمات المسانده للتامين اعمالها يوم الخد ٧/١٠١/٢٣ ه،رصبت قيوم ام الفرق) الموافق ٢٠٢/٥/٨ م. ثالثا: اجازه عبد الاضي المبارك: تبدا اجازه عبد الاضي المبارك لهذا العام نهايه عمل يوم الاربعاء ٢٠٢٢/٧/٦ م، وتستانف شركات التامين وشركات اعاده التامين وشركات مزاولي الخدمات المساعده للتامين اعمالها يوم ٢٠٢٢/٧/١٣ ه (حسب تقويم ام القري) الموافق ٢٠٢٢/٦/١٤ الاربعاء Fourth: Health insurance services and claims: Insurance companies and insurance support service providers that provide health insurance services must ensure the continuity of operations in health insurance claims departments throughout both Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays in order to meet the needs of the insureds and beneficiaries of the insurance coverage. رابعا: خدمات ومطالبات التامين الصحي: يجب علي شركات التامين وشركات مزاولي الخدمات المسانده للتامين التي تقدم خدمات التامين الصحي التاكيد من استمرار العمل في اقصام مطالبات التامين الصحي طوال فتره اجازه عيدي الفطر والاضحي المباركين، لطلبيه احتياجات المؤمن لمم والمستفيدين من التغطيه التامينيه.
