Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Act. Background: Due to what was observed from airlines of transporting passengers coming for the purpose of performing pilgrimage (Hajj) with incomplete (Covid-19) vaccine doses in addition, not providing a negative PCR test for a sample taken within 48 hours before departure to the Kingdom. Which will affect the operational movement of airports and the safety of all other passengers coming for this purpose. Instructions: All airlines transporting passengers coming to the Kingdom for the purpose of performing pilgrimage (Hajj) for the year (2022), must comply with the following health measures: 1- Passengers must be under the age of (65 years). 2- Complete vaccination with basic doses of (Covid-19) vaccines, that approved by the Ministry of Health(MOH). 3- Provide a negative (PCR) test result for (COVID-19) for a sample taken within (48) hours before departing to the kingdom. 4- Financial penalties will be imposed according to the civil aviation Act for each flight independently in case of failure to comply with the time slots and granted flight clearance either by delaying, cancelling or operating without obtaining prior approval according to the approved procedures. 5- Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government orders, and legal procedures will be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible. الاشتراطات الصحيه الواجب توفرها للمسافرين القادمين الي المملكه العربيه السعوديه لغرض اداء مناسك الحج لعام ٢٤٤٥. المرجع: الماده رقم (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني. نبده: نظرا لما لوحظ من بعض شركات الطيران بنقل مسافرين قادمين لغرض اداء مناسك الحج غير مكتملي جرعات لقاح (كوفيد ٩) او لا يحملون فحص (PCR) سليبي لعينه اخذت خلال (٨٨) ساعه قبل موعد المغادره الي المملكه، مما يؤثر علي الحره التشغيليه للمطارات وسلامه المسافرين القادمين لهذا الغرض. التعليمات: يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران ينقل مسافرين قادمين الي المملكه لغرض اداء مناسك الحج لعام ٢٤٣٥ هالالتزام والتقيد بالاجراءات التاليه: 1. ان يكون المسافر من الفيه العمريه اقل من (٥٦ عاطا ميلاديا). ٢. استكمال التحصين بالجرعات الاساسيه بلقاحات (كوفيد-9) المعتمده في وزاره الصحه. ٣. تقدمه نتيجه فحص سلبي (PCR) لفيروس كورونا (كوفيد-9) لعلينه اخذت خلال (٨٨) ساعه قبل موعد المعتاده الي المملكه. ٤. سوف يتم فرض غرامات ماليه وفقا لنظام الطيران المدني لكل رحله علي حده في حال عدم الالتزام بالخانات الزمنيه والتصاريح الممنوحه من خلال تاخيرها او الغايها او التشفيل بدون الحصول علي موافقه مسبعه حسب الاجراءات المعتمده. ٥. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهييه بعد مخالفه صريه للاوامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف وتحميله المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك. المرفقات: لا يوجد Attachment(s): Nil GACA ٤٥٥٥٥٥٥٥٥٥٥٥٥٥٥٥٥٥٥ Executive Vice President for Economic Policies and International Cooperation General Authority of Civil Aviation الله الرييس التنفيذ للسياقات الاجنييه والقطاع الاجنييه Executive Vice President, Economic Policies and International Cooperation المملكه العربيه السعوديه، بولي 10001، بالطاقيه، المطاقيه، المطاقيه، المطاقيه، المطاقيه، المطاقيه، المطاقيه، المطاقيه،
