(٢) مجال تطبيق الاجراء: يشمل مجال الاجراء جميع السفن الزايره للمواني. المصرفين علي تقييم ومتابعه الاعمال بادارات الشيون البحريه في المواني / اداره الوحدات البييه بالمواني. اداره العمليات البحريه والاسلامه والبييه بالجهاز الرييس. الهييه العامه للرصد وحمايه البييه. الهييه العامه للنقل. (٣) المراجع: النظام العام للبييه بالهييه العامه للرصد وحمايه البييه. متطلبات الاتفاقيه الدوليه لمنع التلوث (ماربول). (٤) الاجراءات: - تقوم السفن يرسال اشعار (ANF) طلب ازال المظفات الي الوكيل البدري التابع له السفینه، ويجب ان يحتوي الاشعارعلي بافيه المعلومات بشان المخلفات التي سيتم انزاء ما نوع تحديد نوعيتها وكميتها كجم بالمر المكعب، طبقا للمنوذج المعد لذلك من قبل الهييه العامه للارصد وحمايه البييه، علي ان يتم ختم ذلك الاشعار (ANF) بختم السفينه. Doc # : MAWANI/MAR-P-06 Issue # : 01 Date: 01/08/2019 Page # : 3 /5 الرقم : 1 - 7 : 1 لغه صفحه : 1 - 7 : 1 لغه صفحه : 1 لغه صفحه : 1 لغه صفحه : 1 لغه صفحه : 1 لغه صفحه : 1 لغه صفحation MAWANI SAUDI PORTS AUTHORITY ع مواني الطينه العامه للعواني يقدم الوكيل البحري باختر الناقل المرحي له من قبل الهينه العامه للارصد وحمايه البييه والمصر له بالعمل من قبل الهينه العامه للعواميه لنقل تلك المخلفات. يقدم الناقل المرخي له بعد استلام اشعار من الوكيل البحري بالتنسيق مع الوحده البيييه بالمناء. باستلام المحلفات الوارده في (ANF) من السفينه، والقيام بنقطها الي مركز استلام النفايات المرض له من قبل الهيه العامه للارصد وحمايه البييه والmصري له من قبل الهيه العامه للمواني، والذي يقوم بدوره باستلام تلك النفايات من الناقل لمعالجاتها والخاص منها طبقا للاجراءات البيييه بالمملكه. عند استلام المركز (مركز استلام ومعالجه النفايات) الوارده في البند رقم (لنفايات الخاصه بالسفينه والوارده في (ANF)، اصدار شهاده استلام النفايات (WDR) و ارسالها الي الوكيل البحري للسفينه بعد التوقيع عليه ما من قبل المركز وخدمها بخثم المركز امركز استلام ومعالجه النفايات) وتدويين اسم المركز الذي قام بالاستلام. - ه. يقوم الوكيل البحري للسفينه بتسليم شهاده استلام النفايات (WDR) الوارده في البند رقم (الي السفينه).
