GACA Circular
To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation.
Subject:
Temporary suspension of 'Visa on Arrival' for Citizens of Tajikistan until June 09, 2025.
Reference:
1. Article No. (23) of Civil Aviation Law.
2. Gaca Circular No. (5/2248) dated 08/08/2023.
Instructions:
1. All airlines must not board passengers who are arriving into the Kingdom and are citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan that do not hold an 'Entry Visa' and intend to obtain a 'Visa on Arrival', until June 9, 2025.
2. All airlines operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation, shall comply with circulars, orders, and instructions issued by GACA.

التعليمات:
1. يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران عدم تصعيد المسافرين
القادمين الي المملكه من مواطني جمهوريه طاجيكستان
الذين لا يحملون تاشيره دخول ويرغيون في اصدار
(تاشيره عند الوصول), وذلك حتي تاريخ ٩ يونيو ٢٠٢٥
٢. التاكيد علي كافه شركات الطيران العامله بال المملكه العربيه
السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران الخاص بالالتزام بالتعاميم
والاوامر والتعليمات التي تصدرها الهييه العامه للطيران
المدني.
