Subject: Appointment of Airport Coordination Limited (ACL) to coordinate slots at KSA airports. Reference: Paragraph 3-6-2-2-(B) of Economic Regulations. Background: MATARAT Holding company has contracted Airport Coordination Limited (ACL) to coordinate slots at Saudi airports effectively as of May 12, 2022. (ACL) will start slot coordination activities according to the following instructions Instructions: 1. all national and foreign air carriers and (ACL) and shall follow the IATA World Slot Guidelines (WSG), with the exception of the hajj period, when additional rules will apply. 2. All air carriers and scheduled private operators shall request slots for commercial, cargo, charter, and additional flights from ACL by sending (slots@acl-international.com) in SCR format. General correspondences should be sent to (KSA_Slots@acl-uk.org). 3. National air carriers & scheduled private airlines requesting for operations within 24 hours during weekdays and 48 hours during weekends shall coordinate with the respective Airport Operations Department using the contact provided in Annex. 4. ACL will give initial approval to the time slots requests submitted to it, while slot applicants must submit operating requests through the Uboor system and the final approval will be secured by GACA represented by the Flight Permits Department of the General Department of Air Transport. 5. تقوم شركه ACL بمنح موافقه ميدنيه لطلبات الحايلات الزمنيه المقدمه لها، في حين يجب علي مقدمي طلبات الخانات تقدمي طلبات التشغيل عبر نظام عبور وان الموافقه النهاييه سبتم الحصول عليها من قبل الهينه متمله في اداره تصاريح الرحلات الجويه بالاداره العامه للنقل الجوي. 6. All national and foreign air carriers shall submit requests to allocate time slots for their flights on the dates specified according to the schedule calendar provided by IATA World Slot Guidelines (WSG). 7. All air carriers shall ensure payment of all outstanding charges to GACA and Airports before submitting slot coordination requests. علي كافه الناقلات الجويه الوطنيه والاجنبيه العامله بالمطارات تقدم طلبات تخصصيه الحاييات الزمنيه لرحلاتها ي المواعد الوارده واحده في الديل الاشراسادي للخانات ( IATA )الزمنيه الصادر من الاتحاد الدولي للنقل الجوي يجب علي كافه الناقلات الجويه سداد جميع الاتازات الماليه المستحقه للهينه العامه للطيران المدني والمطارات قبل تقديم طلبات تخصيص الخانات الزمنيه. 8. GACA will issue clearance to national & foreign air carriers upon slot allocation approval by (ACL). تقويم الهينه العامه للطيران المدني بصدار التصاريح للناقلات الوطنيه والاجنبيه عند اعتماد تخصص الخاينات الزمنيه .(ACL) من قبل 9. ACL's operating hours are from 07:00-15:00 (Local KSA time) from Sunday to Thursday. تبدا ساعات دوام شركه (ACL) من الساعه 7.0 15:00 (حسب توقيت المملكه العربيه السعوديه) من الاحد الي الخميس. 10.
