This service enables prisoners’ family who are registered in the prison system to electronically book appointments to visit their relatives.

Log in to Absher platform website
Select "Appointments"
Click on "General Directorate of Prisons Services"
Choose "Book an Appointment"
Select the type of service and fill in the inmate’s details
Choose the desired visit date and submit the request
