Subject: Raising the compliance level of Providing the National Information Center with passengers and crew information data for international and domestic flights الي: جميع شركات الطيران الوطنيه العامه بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران العام. الموضوع: رفع مستوي الالتزام في تزويد مكرك المعلومات الوطني بمعلومات وبيانات المسايفون للرحلات الدوليه والانجابيه عبر المراكز (PNR, APP,DCS) طاقم الطايره. Reference: 1. Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Act. 2. GACA circular No. (1441/980/4) dated on 11/6/1441 AH, entails submitting passengers information statements (manifest) 45 minutes before departure. 3. GACA circular No. (1441/981/4) dated on 11/6/1441 AH, requesting sending passenger data APP / PNR to the passenger registration system. 4. Recommendation of minutes of meeting of the national air lines with the National Information Center GACA held in Thursday 10/26/1441 AH. تعميم الهييه رقم (1441/980/4) وتاريخ (1441/980/4) ه، التخمين تسليم كشوفات معلومات المسافرين (مانفست) قبل القطع الرحبه ب ٤٠ دقيقه. تعميم الهييه رقم (1441/980/4) وتاريخ (1441/980/4) ه، التخمين ارسال بيانات المسافرين AP/PP/NPR 4. توصيات محضر اجنتاج النقابات الوطنيه مع مركز المعلومات الوطني والهييه بتاريخ ٢٤١/١٠/٢٦ ه. Instructions: 1. All national Airlines are obligated to send all passenger data (PNR/APP/DCS) to the National Information Center as stipulated in previous circulars 2. Ensure all sent data is accurate (National ID number/Iqamah number/ Passport number for International flight) along with other reservation information. Booking shall not be confirmed without it. Information must delivered on time as per the requirements of the National Information Center. 3. All national airline operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's airports are obligated to send the plane's crew information automatically by linking through (SFTP). 4. The National Information Center will send reports to GACA periodically, clarifying air carriers' compliance and accuracy level of providing requested information. Accordingly, GACA will impose penalties in accordance with GACA regulations, including prevention of granting permits in the case of none compliance.
