This service enables the beneficiary to electronically cancel the Hajj permit for themselves, their family members, and their employers. If companions wish to cancel their permits, they must log in to Absher platform to do so, or visit the Civil Affairs office (for citizens) or the Jawazat (for residents) if they are unable to use Absher

Select "My Services"
Choose "Ministry of Hajj"
Select "Canceling Hajj Permit by the Pilgrims"
Follow directions to complete the cancelation process
