Subject: الموضوع: The importance of disclosing the cash, jewelry and precious metals exceeding the permissible limit. ضروره الاقصاح عن المبالغ النقديه والمجورات والمعادن الثمينه التي تتجاوز الحد المسموح فيه. Reference: :المرجع Article No. (23) Of the civil Aviation Act. الماده رقم (٢٢) من نظام الطيران المدني. Instructions: التعليمات: 1. Airlines must inform all incoming and outgoing passengers to/from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia about the requirement for disclosing to the relevant authorities, the amount of cash, jewelry, and precious metals in their possession, exceeding the permissible limits allowed as per the Kingdom's laws. This must be communicated to passengers in multiple languages through text messages and emails of passengers registered in the reservation system. 2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government orders, and legal procedures will be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible. ١. يجب علي شركات الطيران توعيه المسافرين المفادرين والغادمين الي المملكه عن ضروره الاقصاح للجهات المختصه عن الماء النقديه والمجوهرات والمعادن الثمينه التي تتجاوز الحد المسموح به حسب انظمه المملكه عبر رسايل نصيه بعده لفات الي هواتف وايميلات المسافرين المسجله في انظمه الحجز. ٢. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهييه بعد مخالفه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف وتحميله المسؤوله المترتبه علي ذلك.
