الموضوع: اجازه يوم التاسيس لعام ٤٤٥٥
Subject: Foundation Day holiday for the year 1445 AH

Greetings,
Referring to the Royal Decree No. (A/371) dated (24/6/1443 AH), which adopts the \( 22^{nd} \) day of February of each year as the founding day of the Saudi State, known as Founding Day, to be an official holiday. With reference to Article (32) of the Implementing Regulation of the Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/32) dated 6/2/1424H.
Accordingly, all companies shall adhere to the following:
First: Thursday on 17/8/1445 AH, corresponding to 2/22/2024 AD, will be an official holiday.
Second: Companies that provide health insurance services must ensure the continuity of work in the health insurance claims departments during the aforementioned holiday to meet the needs of the Insured and the beneficiaries of insurance coverage.

السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته،
اشاره الي الامر الملكي الكريم رقم (٢٧١/١) وتاريخ
الثاني والعشرين من
شهر فبراير من كل عام يوط لذكري تاسيس الدوله السعوديه،
باسم (يوم التاسيس) ويكون اجازه رسميه، واستنادا الي
الماده الثانيه والثلاثون من اللايحه التنفيذيه لنظام مراقبه
شركات التامين التعاوني الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم
(٢٣/٢٤/٢٦/٢٥) وتاريخ
عليه، يتعين علي الشركات الالتزام بالاتي:
اولا: يكون يوم الحميس ٥٨/١/١ الموافق
اولا: يكون يوم الحميس
ثانيا: يجب علي الشركات التي تقدم خدمات التامين الصحي
التاكد من استمرار العمل في اقصام مطالبات التامين الصحي
خلال الاجازه المشار لها اعلاء، لتلبيه احتياجات المؤمن لهم
والمستفيدين من التغطيه التامیيه.
