Allow airlines to transport citizens of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Russian Federation, who hold (Diplomatic, Special, and Normal) passports, to enter each other's countries without a visa, for stays of up to (90) days, whether consecutive or separate within a calendar year, starting from 24/11/1447 corresponding to 11/05/2026. 2. All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation, shall comply with circulars and procedures issued by GACA.
