الرقم Council of Cooperative Health Insurance :Ref./:الرقم 10/11/2019 14:10:31 :Date/ :الترج Circular Important to all Qualified Insurance Companies In light of the supervisory role of the Council, the importance of upgrading the cooperative health insurance level through the coordinated efforts of the Council's partners. Such partners are either health insurers, health claims management companies, approved providers, policyholders and the insured people. Therefore, through applying its vision in reinforcement and improvement of health services by raising the efficiency of health insurance, the Council is seeking the information that would achieve the current project including the Council's vision realization. Insurers have essential role in collecting the basic information regarding the medical condition of the insured people upon which the medical invoices payment is based. Therefore, the Council's General Secretariat is in the course of data collection commencement directly from insurers as per the attached data template. However, such data shall be provided to the Council on a quarterly basis. On time provision of such information besides the commitment to data quality will be deemed a prerequisite for being qualified or have the qualification renewed by the Council. Moreover, these data will constitute part of the unified contract between the insurer and the provider. Such unified contract will be launched by the Council by the end of 2019. In addition, the Council will organize awareness and training workshops aiming at raising the sector awareness as well as developing the human capabilities of the providers in order to assure the data quality. Accordingly, we hope you to commit to the above mentioned. We will start to ask data as from the end of 3/2020. There will be an opportunity for evaluating the information accuracy and giving a grace period. You can have a copy of the minimum data required through the link (https://www.cchi.gov.sa/InsuranceCompanies/DocLib/CCHIVBP.xlsx). :Ref./:الرقم 10/11/2019 14:01:37:13 :Date/الترج تعميم هام لكافه شركات التامين المؤوله انطلاقا من دور المجلس الاشراف والاهميه الازتقاء بمستوي التامين الصحي العاوني من خلال تظافر الجهود المبندوله من قبل شركه المجلس سواء شركات التامين الصحي، شركات اداره المطالبات الصحيه، مقدمي الخدمه المعتمدين، حاملي الوثايق والمؤمن لمهم فان المجلس من خلال تطبيق رؤيته في تعزيز وتحسين الخدمات الصحيه من خلال رفع كفاءه التامين الصحي يسعي في الحصول علي المعلومات التي من شانها من تحقيق المشاريع القايمه بما فيها تحقيق رؤيه المجلس. ونظرا لدور شركه التامين في تجمع البيانات ال'sاسيه للحاله الطبيه للمؤمن له والتي علي اساسها تېني مدفوعات الفاتوره الطبيه. لذا فان الامانه العامه للمجلس بصدد بدع تجمع هذه البيانات مباشره من شركات التامين، حسب قالب البيانات المرفق علي ان يتم توزيها للمجلس يشكل ربع سنوي. حيث ان تسليم البيانات في الوقت المحدد والالتزام بجوده البيانات سيتم اعتبارها احد متطلبات الحصول علي التاهيل او تجديد التاهيل من قبل المجلس علاوه علي ذلك ستكون هذه البيانات جزء من العقد الموحد ما بين شركه التامين و مقدم الخدمه الذي سوف يطلقه المجلس في نهايه عام ٢٠١٩ م. اضافه الي ذلك فان المجلس سوف يقيم ورش عمل توعويه وتدريبيه بعد فؤاده وعي القطاع وكذلك لتطوير القدرات البشريه لدي مقدمي الخدمه لضمان جوده البيانات. عليه امل منكم الالتزام بما ورد اعلاها حيث system بدء طلب البيانات بدايه من نهايه شهر ٢٠٢٠ م، وستتاح فرصه لتقيم دقه المعلومات واعطاء فتره سماح، و للتنسيق هذا الخصوص يرجو التواصل مع مدير المشروع ا/ عبدالله المغربي علي هاتف رقم: ١١٢٠١٥٨٤ (supervision@cchi.gov.sa) : الالاكتوني ويمكنكم الحصول علي نسخه من الحد الادني من البيانات (https://www.cchi.gov.sa/InsuranceCompanies/DocLib/CCHVBP.xlsx) خلا الرابط
