1168:Ref / الرقم 24/10/1444:Date/التاريخ 2023/05/14 psm مجلس الضمان الصحي Council of Health Insurance تعميم الي شركات التامين المؤهله Circular For Qualified Insurance Companies In reference to the Procedures Organizing the Relationship Between Government Health Facilities and Insurance Companies Guide approved by Ministerial Resolution No. (676736) dated 4/7/1442 AH. Accordingly, the General Secretariat clarifies that it is not necessary for the insured to obtain pre-approval to refer him from a governmental health sector to a specialized health center to receive health care, in case the expertise, technology, or services required from the hospital or medical city are not available. We also confirm that the insured referral procedures in the following cases do not require pre-approval: • Referred from primary care clinics. • Referred from triage clinics in business centers or general and family medicine clinics in a hospital or medical city. • Referred from a medical referral center. Therefore, the General Secretariat confirms adherence to the mentioned regulatory procedures, compliance will be followed up and the necessary measures will be taken through supervisory visits or received data. This circular shall be communicated to whomever is required to take note and act accordingly. اشاره الي دليل الاجراءات المنظمه للعلاقه بين المرافق الصحيه الحكوميه وشركات التامين المعتمده بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم وTARZ (676736). عليه، توضح الامانه العامه بانه لا يلزم حصول المؤمن له علي موافقه مسبقه لاحالته من قطاع صحي حكومي الي مركز صحي متخصص لتلقي الرعايه الصحيه، وذلك في حال عدم توفر الخبره او التقنيه او الخدمات المطلوبه من المستشفي او المدينه الطبيه. كما نؤكد ان اجراءات احاله المؤمن له في الجالات التاليه لا تتطلب موافقه مسبقه: • الاحاله من عيادات الرعايه الاوليه. • الاحاله من عيادات الفrzز في مراكز الاعمال او عيادات الطب العام وطب الاسره في المستشفي او المدينه الطبيه. • الاحاله من خلال مركز الاحالات الطبيه. لذا، تؤكد الامانه العامه علي التقيد بدليل الاجراءات المنظمه المشار اليه اعلاه، وسوف يتم متابعه الالتزام واتخاذ ما يلزم من خلال الزيارات الاشرافيه او البيانات الوارده اليها. يبلغ هذا التعميم لم يلزم للاحاطه والعمل بموجه. © 11614 المملكه العربيه السعوديه، الرياض Saudi Arabia, Riyadh 11614 94764 P.O.Box 94764 920001177 www.cchi.gov.sa
