الموزونات Council of Cooperative Health Insurance 346 :Ref./رقم 23/10/2019 1441/02/24 :Date/اتريخ Circular Important to all Qualified Insurance Companies With reference to the Council of Ministers Decision No. (225) dated 6/5/1439 AH regarding the adoption of the unified number issued by the National Information Center (NIC) to be the identifier for the non-governmental entities. Whereas, the implementation of decision has started to all non-governmental establishments starting with the old number (1, 2 or 7) to the new number starting with the number (7). CCHI affirms to comply with the procedures as follows: 1. When an insured is added to an active employer's policy, the new employer number of the insured will be used, and The Heath Insurance Document Portal (HIDP) System will verify with the National Information Center (NIC) data, hence all new employer numbers will be automatically added to the same policy. 2. The HIDP will not allow multiple employer numbers on all new or renewed policy and therefore the insurance company should issue a separate policy for each employer number. Ahmed Al-Shaalan on (011-2021369) or e-mail (ashaalan@cchi.gov.sa). هام لكافه شركات التامين المؤهله اشاره الي قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (225) بتاريخ 1439/5/6 الموحد الصادر من المؤهلات الوطني ليكون المعرف للجهات غير الحكوميه وحيث انه تم البدء في تطبيق القرار علي كافه المنشات غير الحكوميه التي تبدا بالرقم القديم (1) او 2 او 7 (7) الي الرقم الجديد الذي يبدا بالرقم يؤكد المجلس علي وجوب الالتزام حسب الاجراءات وهي كالتالي: 1. عند اضافه مؤمن لم علي وثيقه ساريه لصاحب العمل يتم استخدام رقم صاحب العمل الجديد للمؤمن لم وسیغوم نظام اصدار الوثايق المطور بالتحقق من بيانات مركز المعلومات الوطني والقيام بالاجراء واضافه كافه ارقام صاحب العمل الجديده علي نفس الوثيقه بشكل الي. 2. لن يسمح النظام بعدت ارقام صاحب العمل علي كافه الوثايق الجديده او المجيده وباتلايي فان علي شركه الثامن اصدار وثيقه منفصله لكل رقم صاحب عمل. ويق حال وجود اي مشاكل تقنيه يمكن التواصل مع المهندس / احمد الشعلان علي الهاتف (011-2021369) او (ashaalan@cchi.gov.sa) البريد الالكتروني
