Majority of you have already been approached for initial clarifications. We will continue to review your submissions and will contact you as necessary. Similar to Phase 1, at the end of our review, we intend to share our findings with you, with the expectation that you would consider the same for the next phase “Phase 3 - Design of Implementation Plan”. As regards the timelines for Phase 3, the initial target date for completion was end-Q3 2020. Given the challenges being faced by the industry at present, we have decided to defer the completion date for Phase 3 to Q1 2021. The precise submission deadline and the instructions for Phase 3 will be announced during Q3 2020. Where you can, we encourage you to commence your work on designing the implementation plan ahead of a formal announcement by SAMA.
