To: All airlines (commercial, private) and logistics services providers operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia airports.
Subject: Updating authorized representatives' information for receiving invoices issued by GACA.
الي: جميع شركات الطيران (التجاري، الخاص)، ومقدمي
الخدمات الوجستيه العامه بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه.
الموضوع: تحديث بيانات الفوضين لاستلام الفواتير الصادره
من الهييه العامه للطيران المدني.

Article (23) of the Civil Aviation Law.

الماده (٢٢) من نظام الطيران المدني.

التعليمات:
- All airlines and logistics service providers must comply with the following:
يجب علي شركات الطيران ومقدمي الخدمات
اللوجستيه الالتزام بما يلي:
1. Fill in the required form regarding the authorized representatives as specified by GACA.
تعينه الاستماره المطلوبه الخاصه بالمفوضين، حسب
متطلبات الهييه.
2. Update the entity's information with GACA.
تحديث بيانات المنشاه لدي الهييه.
3. Provide GACA with the required information within 10 working days from receiving this circular.
تزويد الهييه بالبيانات المطلوبه خلال 10 ايام عمل من
تاريخ استلام التعميم.
- Failure to comply with the circulars issued by GACA is a violation of government orders, and legal procedures will be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible.
ان عدم الالتزام بالتعليم التي تصدرها الهييه العامه
لطيران يعد مخافه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وستيم
اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف وTCHMILE
المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.

Important Notes:
ملاحظات هامه:
1. All airlines and logistics service providers must attach a copy of their national address and send it with the completed form.
يجب علي شركات الطيران ومقدمي الخدمات
اللوجستيه ارقاق صوره من العنوان الوطني وارساله
مع النموذج بعد التعينه.
2. Foreign airlines, that providing charter flights in KSA, must provide GACA with the information of their agent within KSA.
يجب علي شركات الطيران الاجنبيه المشغله للرحلات
العارضه، تزويد الهينه ببيانات وكيلها داخل المملكه.
3. The entity must specify the type of invoices for each authorized person by them and indicate to whom these invoices should be sent. It is possible to add more than one authorized person according to their specialization.
يجب علي المنشاه تحديد نوع الفواتير لكل مفوض
من قبلها والذي ترغب ان يتم ارسال هذه الفواتير له،
ويجوز اضافه اكثر من مفوض حسب الانتصاص.
4. The completed form must be sent, with all the requirements attached to the following email:
يجب ارسال النموذج بعد التعبيه مع ارقاق جميع
