Stop the collection of fees for routine health inspection of ships, which was in place in Jeddah Islamic Port by collecting SR 500 for issuing a permit for passenger ship and SR 300 for cargo ship.2. Stopping the approval of the Ministry of Health on the departure permit of ships.</td><td>اشير الي مبادره تسهيل وتسريع اجراءات السفن منذ وصولها حتي مغادرتها حتي مغادرتها بالتعاون والتنسيق الشترك والعمل التكاملي مع الاحجره الامنيه والحكوميه بال Oman من ضمنها (وزاره الصحه), في هذا الاطار في ضوء استثمار التوجه نحو تسير حركه التجاره في المواني السعوديه من خلال تقليمي الوقت المستغرق لانهاء اجراءات فسح السفن، فقد تم الاتفاق مع وزاره الصحه علي الاجراءات التاليه: - ايقاف تحصيل الرسوم مقال يقال التفتيش الصحي الروتيني للسفن والتي كان معمولا بها في ميناء جده (500) الا سلامي بënحصيل مبلغ (500) ريال سعودي مقال اصدار تصريح لسفينه الركاب، ومبلغ (300) ريال لسفينه البضايع ايقاف موافقه وزاره الصحه علي تصريح الغادره للسفن مع ايجاد ايه لابلاغ اداره الميناء عن السفن التي توجد عليها ملاحظات صحه لضمان عدم مغادره السفينه قبل تلافي الملاحظات الصحيه.</td></tr></table>

3. Emphasize the maritime agents to inform the health monitoring centers before the arrival of the ships of their agency and attach the following documents electronically:
- The Marine Health Declaration Form (Annex 8 of the International Regulations) bearing the signature and seal of the master of the ship.
• Port of call list
- Sanitation Control Exemption Certificate/ Sanitation Control Certificate for Ships.
4. The General Authority for Ports, in coordination with the port authorities, shall develop performance indicators for all entities operating in the port and submit such reports to take the necessary action.
5. Facilitating coordination and communication between the ports authorities and automating the procedures of ship clearance.

منوذج الاقرار الصحي البحري (مرفق 8)
اللوايح الصحييه الدوليه) يحمل توقيع وختم
ربان السفينه.
- قايمه باخر مواني عبرت خلالها السفينه
(Port of call)
- شهاده الاعفاء من المراقبه الاصحاحيه/ شهاده
مراقبه الاصحاح للسفن
- ان تقوم الهينه العامه للمواني بالتنسيق مع الجهات
العامله باللينه بوضع مؤشرات اداء لكافه الجهات
العامله في المبناء ودفع تقارير بهذه المؤشرات لاتخاذ
اللازم.
- تسهيل التنسيق والتواصل بين الجهات العالميه في
المواني واتميه اجراءات فسح السفن.
امل الاطلاع واتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمه للابدء في تطبيق تلك
الاجراءات كلا فيها يخصصه.
